As you know from 1ST there is a whole industry devoted to telehealth/on line appts for medical providers. There are at least 50 PMS out there for API's to connect to.

For example, the LiveTiles Hyperfish product can prompt a user to update their contact details from within teams.LVT has a co-sell partnership to sell LVT with MSFT partners selling MSFT. Since when did LVT become a MSFT reseller.

They are taking out 18m of expenses to get to BE. 76m expenses - 18m = 58m, a couple of m more than that 55.2m ARR. It seems clear that they are not budgeting on increasing ARR by much this year, so they are deploying Teams to get by.
