On the intranet side their biggest compete would be native (Valo Intranet would be the vendor competitor). Modern sites (the newly released SP designs) are pretty nice and easy to deal with so what is the value-add LVT provide? It needs to be significant to warrant a purchase. Yes they have other solutions now which step on the toes of other vendors but they still make most their cash with the intranet drag n drop tool.
