Hey K57, i am an ex shareholder, and can easily understand your frsutration.
They still cannot convince me (and I suspect the greater small retail market) that they have made enough headway into increasing the ARR and also reduced fixed costs, still a joke IYAM, and they are still (management and executive team) living the life at the expense of new shareholders (from continued CR's) and ARR that appears to have stalled for now.
No surprise to see the SP now into the mid 20's with no realistic trigger to push it north again.
(unless of course it's time to roll out the old Microsoft related partnership news )

Is it just possible that some concepts / ideas that rely on CR's, aquisitions, and synergies simply run out of puff? (and hence desire from the buyers) This business seemed to have such a bright and exciting future not so long back, but now I am not so sure. GLTAH.
