If someone came up with a business plan and told me invest here - I will get this business up to a recurring revenue stream of $100m per annum. I would say okay, show me what you got mate. If you can achieve this, we'll get rich together. But I'm only giving you 5 years to do it, otherwise I'm out. 5 years is a long time, I could have better offers on the table for my money by then.

You can bet your bottom dollar that they would do all they can to get to that aspirational $100m ARR. Costs, hah! We can bring costs down later. It's all about grabbing marketshare right now, with our big daddy MSFT. Better make hay while the MSFT partnership shines.
