I think it is a good idea having this kind of thread for valuation. One of the hardest bits is working out what ARR multiple is reasonable. I know growth is the single biggest factor in regression analysis but clearly that isn't being carried over here.

Hadn't previously worked out the highest multiple LVT had traded at so interesting to know they were at over 20x under 2 years ago and are now at less than 5x. Instills a lot of confidence for me that this is oversold.
