I wonder if the ATO has done a google search on LWP Technologies so they can get a better picture of what the company has been up to before their facilitation meeting next month.

Also strikes me as odd that nearly 4 months after the failed GraphenEra court case, Volkov still hasn’t lodged his costs application. With dwindling cash supplies, common sense would suggest he get this in so he gets his entitlement before there is none left.
