the listing will open up its own can of worms to work thru
having gone thru this exercise with AJX reading some of the posts and threads to work out
just what is required, I can only see that we will have ADR's to trade with a possible ratio of 40 to 1...that is 40 aussie shares for 1 us adr , (valued at a minimum US$2)...within this is which market they want to list on and which tier (1,2 or 3 )...tier three has a minimum trading price of $1 that it cant go below. All this is in Eadies backyard and what he gets all these shares/options for and he has to come up with the best listing for LWP and us shareholders...
hopefully in the not too distant future we will have the info from the company on what decisions will be made for listing
