Curious, do P&D's normally bounce 25% off support, also the 61.8% fib retrace and retest resistance like it is doing ?
If anyone pays 2.5c a 2nd time, remember it's capped at $50M+ there so you don't come here a week later crying fowl. Perhaps with a JV and plant that is again going to look very cheap
