EAS has a vested interest to see a lower 5 day VWAP before satisfying milestone 3, so it wouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility that there is capping. That said, the brakes would be off as soon as we do, as they would only receive options if we achieve hitherto unspecified SP targets.
