During the course of my dingo travels, I came across this company which raised my dingo eyebrows.  I have attached a few snippets of this publically searchable ASIC extract.









What is the purpose of this company part owned by Siegfried with Sean Corbin as company secretary, why was this company registered just before the July 2015 capital raise, and why do they hold a large amount of LWP shares?  There were two other shell companies registered at the same time which were dealt with by the ASX, the other was for Sean's son, is this one for Siegfried's kids?
