I agree that CR hurts the SP a lot on the previous encounter.
I do believe it might hurt the SP again on the next encounter if passed.
However, the fact that we are waiting on the test result and any JV announcement might change the game. Personally, I do prefer that the management utilize the available cash in bank first before performing anymore CR.
Show us the deal first, then we are talking.
