Could be part of the accumulation process from the top 20 that had been previously spoken about. Technically speaking, it wouldn't require an announcement (unless there is confidential information being passed) as it is on market.
Definitely fantastic, pessimistic people are everywhere, this could either be a shift in sentiment or another cycle of the SP.
