They do have a cost saving product that will save proppant manufacturers a bucket load of money on production costs, it is hard to quantify (with available information) the cost savings to those drilling for oil in terms of the reduction in costs it will have on producing a barrel of oil versus the costs of construction a new plant ie spending $50 million on a new plant to save $1 per barrel of oil probably doesn't stack up for a fracking company but spending that amount to save 40%-60% on production costs would make sense for a proppant manufacturing company however none appear interested at present.
That said, it doesn't really explain why the Hallmark plant is still sitting dormant given these cost savings when they were supposed to have a string of clients which could make use of LWP proppants. Their existing clients as well as their website appear to have dropped off the face of the earth, this plant could still be producing bauxite proppants for some revenue but is it? who would know?
