i think we do need many JVs and/or licensees to produce our unique product. Pilot plant only can produce 3000 tons/year and Pune plant can produce 12000 tons/year, both of which can only be sufficient to frack only 5 wells of 30 stages.
To be profitable and ablr to distribute dividends to shareholders, LWP will need, at least, to produce between 50,000 to 100,000 tons/year to generate revenue that is also able to cover all its operating activities costs including raw material, work force and administration costs etc, and without the need for re-capital raising or loan.
having said that the LWP SP will be between 45c and 60c or even more IF the LWP able to achieve that within a couple of years from now, AND OIL/GAS PRICES ABOVE CURRENT PRICES. The Current SP is not really necessarily reflects the true value of the LWP. It is extremely cheap IMO.
THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE OR BUY/SELL RECOMMENDATION, AS I AM NOT EXPERT.
