1) We already have visitors coming to the plant which are interested in possible joint venture

3) We have third party research incoming
4) $272k earning from equity investment, this is what I love to see in a company that is developing, we are making revenue out nothing, and by @jasmac calculations, we should have already covered the loss previously undertaken.

There are clearly more, but the above 4 are key highlights. I am still in the process of soaking up shares while I can.

Dont use my calculations there mate.. they were tongue in cheek only . @Harm is 100% correct in that factually we only have $272,000 book value increase there for now. This investment can go down just as easily as it goes up.. until they lock in profits.
