Before you get too concerned realize that Lynas stock has traded on the open market for a long time. As a result much of the stock has been widely distributed, that is many different people own this security many of whom have forgotten they owned it...
It would be difficult to mount a hostile takeover and the recent volume (or lack of it) pretty much confirms nothing is in the works... JMHO...
Perhaps a "poison pill" strategy could be implemented to give everyone some peace of mind...
