Three things toly:
1. A hostile Take Over ("TO") would not work. It would be a LYC Board endorsed TO. The price offered would justify their support.
2. If discussions were occurring behind the scenes, you would not see any unusual SP activity. Discussions of this nature are protected by very tight confidentiality agreements and ASX regulations.
3. Concerned I am not because this is just plain common garden theorizing and probably will never see the light of day.
