Good to see the market absorbing all the extra stock and the debt/equity reweigh underway.
Change of ownership and market focus transition is on. Not yet public, but trading provides clues.
IMO MtK are re-risking their portfolio and providing enough 'grease' and motivation the big end of town. All highly strategic, and structured in their best interests, however, others will use the opportunity to set themselves up.
A TO might be on the cards, but I'd expect it would be a little/some way off and at a nice premium to the current sp.
