a share price of $10 would require profit after tax of $1 share based on a 10 times multiple.
So pre tax your are looking at $1.40 share roughly. Even though the Malaysian plant may have a tax holiday, the dividends from Malaysia to Lynas Corp will be taxed by ATO.
anyway, $1.40 x 3.5 billion shares =. Total profit Before Tax of $4.9 billion dollars.
as a holder , I really wish you forecast to be true. To get to even a calculated share price of A$1 per share would need profit before tax of $490 mill at 10 times earnings.
That 3.5 billion shares is the killer .
