It feels like the SP is marking time at the moment waiting for some event to transpire or some further information to be disgorged into the market. The next major ASX announcements are:
1. FY2017 Annual Report - around 29/9/17
2. FY2017 Q1 Activity & Cashflow Reports - around 26/10/17
Item 1 will provide the foundations for FY2018's financial performance and Item 2 will confirm the gradual improvement occurring in operating profitability and cashflow.
In the absence of any major news, I suspect the SP will mark time around its current level until both Items 1 & 2 have been released into the market. However in this fickle market anything can happen!
