Why would China do that?? Would they not allow it to blow up a bit now, and reap the rewards, plus maintain their strategic dominance?? Unless they are on the hunt for projects, i.e suppress the price and lower the entry barrier for projects outside of China..... When you are the dominant market player what is the point in trying to keep the price stable I wonder.
