I'm not sure about ARU's PFS demonstrating that it was 'very marginal'.
They utilised very expensive cap- and opex, (which has been very significantly reduced via pilot plant refining and JV with chemical suppliers) and a very conservative sale price for product (which still look very cheap in today's commodity crunch) and they still came up with $1b+ for current net value.
Anyway this is LYC-land so that will be the end of this topic and more about LYC and REEs in general.
