m87, your analysys is akin to saying "Bunnings is a dead duck because there is no absolute gaurantee they will sell anything tomorrow".
If you think Lynas has not got a 99% chance of producing RE from a 100% made and 100% licensed plant then you are not a "glass half empty person" but a "there is no glass".
