Reading this article you would believe that Lynas are operating
They do not have a license to operate as it has been suspended
The AELB will oversee any operation
They will have to be satisfied that Lynas can process dirt and water
first
As with any plant of this size there will be teething problems
WOW Moneymaker that's the first time I have read that the SP about to rocket
Rourkes and Soul Surfer still ramping hard
To me the only way the SP will hit $2 is when the plant is operating safely
And the election has been won
In my opinion norther of these will happen this year
I hope I am wrong but nothing has happened in a hurry and I don't
Think that will change
SMSL have done a pretty good job at delaying and the Government
Are in no hurry to see operations start
