Every bit of NdPr dug up, concentrated, smelted etc will be sold. There is absolutely no question about that. Good as gold.
It's a part of so many things and the number is growing. But not fast enough. China will push down prices as long as its downstream business pays off. Anyone betting against their continued assault on high value manufacturing is confusing only themselves.
