Word on funding Texas was expected by end of this month. Old news, but new news for me--missed the news or old brain forgot. Or will they hold off until word on US Fed funding? Maybe word on that in the Spring? Irrespective, I think Lynas is the only applicant that seems a shoo-in (yep, correct, "shoo" and "shoe" are homophones) for funding.
