BZ: it says that the multinational Rhodia/Solvay has a plant in France (La Rochelle) that can handle material from multiple sources.
They're processing phosphor REEs from flouro recycling.
They're (we assume) separating HREE and SEG from the LAMP. (The separations the LAMP can't do currently.)
They're (in principle) agreeing to separate Avalon's REE oxide mix should they have such a mix to process sometime in the future.
Is that a surprise??
