The EU Short Selling Regulation (SSR) introduced a private and public notification regime for investors who hold net short positions. As a result of this the short selling at the EU stock markets went considerable down. You state: a bullish signal. See where the SP is now at 7.78. For no reason. LYC is manipulated by the short selling, which could be easily stopped, just by implementing the same regulation. Until then this mess will continue.
