Incorrect statements become lies when the claimant has repeatedly been provided with the evidence required to show the statement is incorrect.
LYC IS in the asx 200 (see posts above) but just missed out on the asx100 for now.
The selection criteria you quote are for the "small ordinaries" index and totally irrelevant to Lynas.
There are many low value posts on this thread but none less useful than yours.
Lynas IS in the ASX 200 as I claimed above and is close to the ASX 100.
