Simply Lynas is already a Constituent stock!
I don't think CJ understands the difference as to what is a Constituent stock Vs a Non-Constituent stock.
CJ is basing his/her argument around:
Non-constituent stock’s prior two years EPS must each be positive to be eligible for index inclusion.
Put Simply, Lynas is NOT a Non-Constituent Stock as it is already in the index.
Contrary - "perversely inclined to disagree or to do the opposite of what is expected or desired"
