LYC is insanely over priced but ridiculously cheap.
Many are not pricing in China restricting or stopping exports of REE to supply its own industry first.
Note when a country states it is restricting exports to supply its own industry, basically buyers have no say.
There is a big difference between a country banning exports as trade war opposed to supplying its own industry first..... this reality is getting closer and closer to happening in the next few years.
To the OP if you think it cant happens, look up the market for UREA..... Not a wimper has been heard from America, EU or Australia accusing China of trade war
