For Northern Rare Earths to double production over 3 years is not my idea of 'sudden' personally. Anyhow, It is clear in the article that Amanda is well aware of the scale and time frame of the planned increase in production and she accepts it wholeheartedly, even welcomes it. She expresses no doubts whatsoever. She also knows more than the rest of us. Why would you be right and she be wrong on this one?
