I haven't read the article in full - not willing to keep creating new accounts. My own take is that the real issue for China going forward is accessing re ore without major environmental destruction in China. Myanmar is going to be pillaged with little regard for anybody or anything other than the junta's bank accounts. The Western governments will need to limit/stop exports of ore to China for processing, but that requires building out an integrated RE industry.
