will be interesting to see as we have seen companies like Tesla publicly come out and say that they dont care where materials and minerals are from, its only the bottom line that matters.
China also bolstering their rare earth companies and can easily outcompete with a small minnow such as LYCnot sure where these are from but I'm seeing >50x P/E for both. also 1% dividend is not even worth talking about and is far below inflation.
Take a look also at debt to equity ratios of the two and you start to notice that LYC has borrowed a lot, isn't making huge money in return and has a high P/Book ratio.
