The problem with your analysis is that you think of LYC as a mining company where it is, in fact a chemical company producing very pure RE oxides including custom spec work. Mining only takes place once or twice a year.
Happy to agree that the price is a little high at the moment but there are many upgrades in the pipeline which will command a higher price in the future,. Most of us are happy to wait a while for a bigger pay day/
