Given the valuation metrics used to derive their earlier judgments of value being so out of date, this increase in price target by JPM on what I presume is the increase in REE prices (finally factored in) and the increase in fundamentals due to the interest from Soljitz Corp. It's probably mainly down today due to some profit taking by people who only look at shares on the close (mums & dads I would assume) because it closed the ALL time high and some shenanigans by JPM probably are exasperating the situation.
