I think you'll see that Minister Yeo has already said Lynas can stay and work-on as long as it removes Malaysia "newly claimed unwanted waste". Her problem was and remains the time frame for shipping out waste while totally denying the previous government before her law binding & rule of law agreement to pursue a plan B.
IMO she'll win her little battle with Lynas being granted a stay of execution.
Shame. It'll be opinions over law in Malaysia.
