Actually, my wish is for Lynas to remain independent. Future returns to Lynas shareholders would be much more favourable than any takeover at this stage. But that is my opinion.
My paper clearly explains why Japan has a very high interest in Lynas. I would welcome a refute to my logic rather than an unsupported opinion or assumption.
You are also incorrect to state that Japan has indicated no interest – their embassy has issued a statement that they could intervene as necessary. That’s not just Scotch mist.
