It beggars belief that WES would actually trust anything Malaysia would offer after the manner in which they have shafted LYC. Then, in the same manner, Japan wouldn’t be too happy in the way WES knifed Lynas. I can see Japan as the other suitor, as they already have a working long term business relationship with LYC.
