Up to Lynas now, all the pussy footing around has been shredded by WES, probably prompted by UBS who have developed the best handle on Lynas/RE forwards over the past 10 months.
Lynas has to present a credible case UBS numbers on a page conservative, and demonstrate WES as usurpers Oz expansion incl C&L.
Only way to either draw funding for independent development or extract a more robust valuation for current equity.
Very clearly LYC in play, equally WES on the nose, respective SP's should reflect that.
