If operating Lamp in Parrell with KAL was important whay is this the first appeal since they knew about restriction 16 AUG 2019. This is just short of 4 years latter. Now AL said in CC they were planning to run both C&L from day one if so why did they not say this in 2025 plan announced may of 2019.
I can only think of 2 reasons. AS they start to use real numbers for COP at KAL it is turning out to be much more expensive than they thought. Ot as they start testing they are finding they overestimated the capacity of what KAL can produce. If anyone has other ideas, I would like to hear them, pls use some data from Lynas to support your ideas.
