Easy to answer - I took advice from an Aussie colleague who has worked in Malaysia and Hong Kong for a long time.
He is fully aware of events in Malaysia.
Also, my holding is small compared to my other investments. So if things do blow up or the Courts delay Lynas, I can readily tolerate a pull-back to $1 in the SP.
Alternatively, if things start to move, I can quickly buy more LYC
This seems a logical decision to me
