I have a different viewpoint.
I think that once the close of business comes this afternoon, the 15th October would have come and gone, so we can do whatever the hell we like.
I'm pretty sure that the restriction on the halts/suspensions mentioned by Mt. K was referenced as "before the 15th October 2012".
Am I wrong?
