i can see no negativity in asking: "how wold be your xmas, if TOL suspension till end of judicial review?" Its a question! I dont know what will happen and i dont have some preference, what may happen?! I dont know it! I only think its strange freezing TOL while judicial review and than set it in again while judicial review hasnt been finalized. You do not find it strage?

Where do you or someone get this numbers from? How in the world would someone else as Mariana (the judge) get to this numbers? I like to use my brain, and that says: freezing BECAUSE OF judicial review and remove suspension WHILE judicial review isnt finalized makes no sense!
