Arafura, your previous post said " Lynas are REALLY in big trouble" .
Sounds a tad negative to me and not at all like a question.
My figures are MY opinion based on what I know about the law and the science. Everybody weighs up the probability of upside and downside in their head when investing, no?
I am of the view that SMSL will NOT BE ABLE TO PROVE that allowing the LAMP to operate during a judical review will cause any significant or irreversible harm to the environment .
THE BURDEN OF PROOF is on SMSL and they will be arguing against the the most qualified experts at IAEA, AELB and MOSTI. The current stay until Nov 8th the TOL is a cautious approach while the judge considers the arguments. While the delay is frustrating, I don't have a problem with that.
My position remains that the odds for a good result are heavily in our favour.
