I have not read the entire thread, but let me give you my opinion.
AELB are getting dozens (hundreds) of emails asking if TOL is about to be issued.
They have a standard response.. it is..
We will consider issuing it at our next meeting after Lynas has submitted all documents.
You draw a long bow to read that lynas has not submitted the info.
