For what its worth a neutral rating is essentially a hold. Meaning the company is currently fully valued right now (today)....however the growth in this sector, particularly when looking at RE security outside the clutches of the CCP, there is massive growth potential in the coming years. Long term holders will do incredibly well here imo ..
