Yep. My take is that some future earnings is already baked into the share price. This would suggest that the majority of holders are mid (4yr ish) to long term. They can see the potential for a tidal wave of cash once the downstream chain outside of China is developed, the dividends that will bring, and are happy to lock in a parcel at this price range to ensure that they get some of that action.
If the downstream is developed in the next 4-5 years, I believe that we will be in the box seat as the only supplier of note. I'm sitting on my hands with Lynas for at least that period of time. Exciting times ahead.
