Sooner or later the demand will push up the price of RE esp NdPr, Dy, La, Ce & Gd.
The world is moving to green projects with so many enormous projects on the pipeline. Soon orders for the projects will push up the price of REs.

Just like the internet bubble that wipe out the weak in the first wave, the survivers continue to be the best performers of the market. ie Google, Apple, Qualcomm etc.
The first wave of RE boom and bust remove the weak.
