"Lynas is unable to supply those that have accepted or those that will in the next month or so, and if any want material with varied spec for further qualification Lynas is unable to produce that either."
Lynas stated in the quarterly that the LAMP will continue with commercial production of REO at reduced volumes while the equipment is being fixed. No reason why Lynas would not be able to produce REO for customer qualification at a minimum.
